It’s a challenge that extracts weak areas, targets them with intense focus and eliminates them through precise action. YOU HAVE TO FEEL IT TO BELIEVE IT.

In this class, we explore, strengthen and use technique to conquer all the natural human movement sequences. We walk, crawl, run, jump, lift, carry, throw, climb, swing and laugh. It’s like being back in kindergarten with some added huff and puff. (Correct posture and execution is 100% our goal). Correct the nervous system and we can correct and strengthen the posture.

 

Learn To Run

So you used to run in another lifetime, or perhaps running was just never your thing but it sounds like a cheap way to keep fit and out of the Dr’s office. I will teach you how running is a natural movement for any human. It doesn’t have to be hard, scary or only for the young and fit. COME IN, LET’S HAVE A TALK.
